Perform roofing repairs and replacement to seven buildings to include removal of asphalt shingles and replace, install Hydro-Stop elastomeric bearing roofing membrane, bituminous membrane roofs and remove and replace gutters, downspouts, metal flashing, drip edges, soffit, fascia and roof exhaust fans.
