Roof remove and replace description

Remove and replace asphalt shingles and roof decking on fourteen (14) occupied housing units. Work required phasing to accommodate occupants. Remove tongue and grooved wood decking, ice/dam, 30# felt and metal flashing. Install new 30 year asphalt shingles.
